How do I add Etsy reviews to my website?
Connect your Etsy shop in BrandTrust.reviews, design a widget in the visual builder, then copy the one-line embed snippet and paste it into your website’s HTML. On WordPress you can use the plugin instead. Your Etsy reviews then appear and update automatically.
Why don’t Etsy reviews show the reviewer’s name?
Etsy reviews are attached to a product (listing) and Etsy does not expose the buyer’s name through its API. So instead of a reviewer, the widget shows the product each review was left for (its listing title and photo), which is accurate and shows off what you sell.
Can I show the product photo with each review?
Yes. Etsy reviews can carry the listing’s photo, and the widget displays it alongside the star rating and review text, so your widget reads like a gallery of the products your customers love.
Is the Etsy Reviews widget free?
Yes. You can create and embed an Etsy Reviews widget on the free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans add more widgets, higher view limits, combined sources, the WordPress plugin and branding removal.
Do my Etsy reviews update automatically?
Yes. Reviews are fetched through Etsy’s official API and refreshed on a schedule, so new reviews across all your products appear on your site without any manual work.
Can I filter which Etsy reviews are shown?
Yes. You can set a minimum rating, filter by product, tag reviews your own way (Growth plans and up), and hide any you don’t want. The overall rating and total are always calculated from all fetched reviews, so filters never inflate your average.
